Below are some of the cam systems I have used in various prototypes of my invention.  I have used all of the cam systems created and in both standard and reverse modes.  I have invented this bow with both standard limbs and reverse limbs by using the other figures of my bow invention to put the arrow on the other side of the riser and shoot infinite positive and negative brace heights. I claim a bow with the figures in all the reverse limb and non-reverse limb configurations with all the cams invneted up to this date as well as in a stick bow configuration with no cams, as I am a compound and traditional archer and the utility of my invention is not to be limited to these pictures.

BACKGROUND

Field of the Invention:

My invention will win every archery competition for decades to come, while more than doubling the power stroke and speed of the worlds fastest compound bows in the prior art.  In the sermon they spoke of patience Habakkuk and that got me through the tournament of keeping secret and developing the bow invention, until I learned I don't need to do everything.  God just wanted me to invent the bow.  So I will file with the USPTO today and leave the bow production and licensing in God's hands.  

OEM service providers and the Bednars', Graces', McPhersons', Shepleys' and Kurtzhals' of the world can reach out to provide OEM service with NDA or reach out for licensing deals.  The market shares are about to shift as compound bow and crossbow campanies will vie for each others customers.  Just remember licensing and committing to enough units is guaranteed for more market share for all the larger bow companies where as litigation is not.  I have already filed with the USPTO and the whole world knows, Sean Cianfarano of Bishop Archery invented the reverse draw vertical bow.  It would be nice to get the bow in as many peoples' hands as possible beyond getting rich, so please reach out to us and ask for Sean at 760 - 876 - 0120 before the other bow companies that your trying to get a leg up on calls me for licensing, or before the other OEM service provider calls me for our NDA.         

Prayer=> 
Our food is sacred and when God gave humans archery and bowhunting for our food we need to give back.  This is a new vertical bow birthed from prayers to God for the rise back to the top of performance for the vertical bow.  May this invention provide joy to archers and a positive contribution to humankind is my prayer.      

[0001] God gave humans bows.  Humans have been patiently waiting for Habakkuk bow that I have been praying to God to show me the bow.  I invented the beginings of the bow in Rachel, NV, Benton, CA and Bishop, CA and now it is time for the bow to be put into human masses hands and file for the invention with the USPTO.  The last time the bow came in prayer was in Jim Kempf's invention when he prayed to God in the forests and the intellectual property came to bless his mind, his family and us archers in the Scorpyd Crossbow reverse draw technology of the prior art - Where due credit is given to Scorpyd and the Kempf family in the prior art and claims to be honored and adored by my family and Bishop Archery.  I stand humble before USPTO today with new claims and origional contributions for vertical bows.  

My invention is an original contribution for vertical compound bows and vertical stick bows.  I alone through Bishop Archery developed all the conceptual design arrows and broadheads for the Conceptual Design Department at Walt Disney for the second Avatar Movie.  I noticed the Avatar power strokes in the first movie and I prayed to God to extend my arms to the floor like the Avatar.  I went to an orthopedic surgeon to perform surgery to extend my arms like the Avatar movie as we laughed and brainstormed a prosthetic arm to be added to bows.  To be like the Avatar arms... I told the surgeons as they smiled and we put our brains together to make a prosthetic arm to add to a bow.  It was of course a foolish idea.  So I prayed to God for Avatar arm device and then later the actual bow.  The start of the bow appeared the next day and it was the largest blessing as well as a curse all at the same time.  

Not without problems, I worked on the bow and developed the bow as it had its fair share of problems.  I almost cut my thumb off several times developing the bow invention.  Then I prayed and the bow started to develop.  I figured out the thumb problem and put the arrow on the other side of the riser where it has been for most of human history within the archery timeline's prior art.      

I alone, Sean Anthony Cianfarano humbly invented this bow by the grace of God and it does not exist on the planet anywhere in the prior art before my invention.  

The present invention pertains to advancements in archery technology, particularly in the field of long range accuracy, momentum, feet per second, power stroke, and returning the arrow to the side of the bow where God intended before the English longbows placed the arrows on the wrong side of the handle/riser to overtake the crossbows in war.  The crossbows shall be overtaken by the vertical bows as it is clear that this bow puts vertical bows back on top of performance and from a biomechanics experience brings new levels of harmony back to the launching of arrows into flight where holding on target is enhanced beyond compound, recurve and longbow vertical bows.   
 
My invention uses a stabilizing brace for the forearm of the hand that grips the bow Figure 104 to increase long range accuracy and to put vertical bows back ahead of crossbows for ultra long range accuracy.  God gave humans fire, stones, sticks and vertical bows.  It is time for vertical bows to once again overtake the performance of crossbows like the English longbow did several years ago when it overtook crossbows in war.  I prayed to God and I was sent indestructible arrows, broadheads and now bows to prepare the human race for a return to hunting and gathering where more accuracy and momentum can be realized than ever before with an arrow.  

In my invention figure 104 acts with the utility of a brace to stabilize bow much like shooting a rifle off a bench, or shooting bow with shooting sticks without the erratic bow grip torque shooting sticks can sometimes impart on compound bows in the prior art and in my videos where I pop ballons with my shooting stick and Bear Method Bow at beyond 120 yards around 2010-2012 in Coleville, California. I put my shooting stick invention of the prior art into the brace (figure 104) of this bow.  Short brace height bows are not good for shootability, but my bow invention is more accurate than an 8 inch brace height target bow.  Drawing from the biomechanics lab my bow invention allows the archer to lock their bones and cross even the midline never before possible and the bow string can never strike the bow arm.    

Figure 102 is the sight and arrow rest portion and is tied to the bridge.  Figure 110 is the stabilizer rail and bridge.  It takes several parts and puts them into one unibody to balance bow.  It is not like the Hoyt or APA bridge in the prior art as it functions through the entire bow and the bow stabilizer is internal in my invention.   

Figure 108 is the cams or wheels of the bow.  I have invented reverse draw bows both with and without cams as I am a traditional bowhunter as well as a compound bowhunter.  The prior art of Jim Kempf gives credit where credit is due as many Scorpyd and reverse cams have been used on my prototypes.  There are so many new claims though as the vertical bow problems have been answered in our prayers and breed new USPTO claims from my invention.  For instance, the arrow goes on the other side.  It would have been nice for my family's prayers to be answered by God.... before I almost cut my thumb off several times, Regardless in my invention the arrow goes on the opposite side from the English longbow and the arrow is to return to where God intended as detailed in the archery history timeline.  As in most of archery history the arrow was on the correct side.  It was not until the English longbow that humans started putting the arrow on the incorrect side. With release aid the side doesn't matter and finger release shooters can use a capture rest or thumb release instead of three fingers as this is what was gifted to us as a human race by God in the prior art long before the English Longbow.  My invention returns the arrow to the correct side of the bow from the historical archery timeline.  There is a utility claim to this when you add it to the other figures and functions to cross the midline of the human body.

Figure 100 is the riser of the bow. that attaches to the limbs of the bow.  I am claiming solid, split and half limbs as I have made prototypes with them all.  Figure 104 is important. Figure 112 is the bow handle also known as the bow grip. It has a utility to work with figure 104 and 112 as a harmony between the torque of the reverse draw bow to provide a better biomechanical experience to hold the bow much more steady than a target compound bow with my invention of shooting stick placed into the bone structure of human beings instead my invention does it through the straight arm brace.  Our bone structures can be locked with my invention in ways a long axle to axle target bow with 8 or 9 inch brace is not able to compete with for target archery for accuracy and biomechanical repeatability. 

The power stroke is that of more than two compound bow's power strokes in my invention.  I solved the problems that have prevented the vertical bows from surpassing crossbows for speed, accuracy and long range arrow flight, while increasing momentum, feet per second, pass throughs on God's game for us to eat.

Description of the Related Art:

Archery, a time-honored hunting technique, has evolved significantly over the years with innovations in equipment and technology. One critical component of archery equipment is the bow.  While the reverse draw crossbow came to Jim Kempf there is a second bow blessing and that is the reverse draw vertical bow.  It is to take over the crossbow once again as through time the crossbow and the vertical bow have traded spots on top of the mountain from war to hunting and long range accuracy.  The vertical bow through my invention overtakes the crossbow for momentum, accuracy, penetration, speed, and archery experience.  

In my vertical bow invention you can kinesthetically feel the power stroke through the draw cycle like a peace and harmony no words exist in the English language to describe.  It is a newfound archery experience closer to feeling of the perpetual arrow gifted directly from God to humans along with fire and the sacred animals we eat for food.   

My invention is more than two power strokes...the powerstroke of two bows.  My invention will launch an arrow approximately 600 - 740 FPS when set at 70 pounds with a 30 inch draw length and a 350 grain arrow as per the IBO - International Bowhunting Organization standard.   My invention achieves 600 - 740 FPS Feet Per Second IBO whereas the current prior art before my invention only shoots 370 Feet Per Second IBO.  My invention is around twice as fast as the world's fastest compound bows. 

1 inch of draw length is equivalent to around 10 pounds of bow draw weight.  This is how Jim Kempf invented the world's fastest Scorpyd crossbow.  Through reverse draw crossbow power stroke.  Jim Kempf's invention and utility patent claims left much to be desired for vertical bow shooters as he had not solved our problems.  He describes how he was sitting in the forest with his crossbow when Jim prayed to God for a reverse bow.  I had a vertical recurve bow in my hands when I made the same prayer.  I kept praying and then Joe from the  Avatar movie conceptual design team bought me out of broadheads and arrows.  I would shoot my Scorpyd crossbow and my compound bows, but I would shoot my traditional and primitive bows thinking of a way to add arm length.  But, I was thinking of power stroke and not arm length in the back of my mind.  Inventing a fake arm for a bow with orthopedic Surgeons was one the stupidest ideas I have ever had and I have had a long list of stupid ideas over the years.  It was not arm length I wanted....deep down it was power stroke and a bow arm brace in place of my long range compound bow shooting stick in the prior art.        

When I provided the Avatar Conceptual Design my Steel Footed FAD Eliminator - FireArm Dispatch Eliminator arrows and 500 and 600 grain Bishop Archery Broadheads from the company I own called Bishop Archery, I felt the draw cycle within my core as a human being through watching the blue Avatar characters drawing their bows.  At that moment, I knew the vertical bow could overtake the crossbow again for performance just as the English longbow and English war bow over took the crossbows in performance in the prior art on the archery history timeline. 
 
SUMMARY
The bow breaks all performance records of all types of bows before it and will have several claims in the non provisional.  You can see the bow here and the spirit of the bow.  It is time to let the bow out to the people as the bow I invented is more important than any type of bow before it.  It destroys every archery performance record ever set with ease through its utilities. 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Therefore, specific details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but rather as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed system, structure or manner.

The bow invention more than doubles the speed of the world's fastest bow by using fig 112 and figure 104 which is supported by figure 100 to place the arrow and string where it will not cut off the archer's thumb. It also provides stability to hold on target and a powerstroke more than double that of any vertical bow in history.  Powerstroke more than draw weight determines good bow shooting feeling of oneness with the arrow, speed, momentum, wind resistance by use of shooting heavy arrow faster than ever before it is now possible to buck the wind and pass through on the wild animals we are to consume more of to be healthy and for harmony with God's Creation.  To get back to harvesting game and surpassing crossbows at accuracy the vertical bow has no chance to out perform the crossbow within the laws of physics without my invention.  

This bow invention is the answer to my prayers to God for a new kind of bow that shoots over twice the speed with heavy arrows of any vertical bow before it and with extreme accuracy the way Figure 104 and figure 112 work together to stabilize the bow to hold on target like my shooting stick invention in the prior art from 2010, but without shooting stick limitations in treestands and saddles.

Claim 1. A bow apparatus as per claim 1, consisting of a riser, handle/grip and bridge to allow hands to cross with bilateral symmetry without hitting arms or the string and without chopping off thumbs.  

I also claim bow per claim 1 with pull through riser reverse draw as I have prototyped them as well and I file today before the USPTO to claim Gearhead brand style bows with pull through the double riser as well.

ABSTRACT

The bow I invented represents a significant advancement in archery technology, offering meticulous research and development, coupled with prayers to have the vertical bow overtake crossbows for speed, accuracy, momentum, kinetic energy, passthroughs on God's gifts of food, humane kills and animal harvesting.  To honor our sacred food and campfires to eat our food.  To launch heavy arrows faster than the world's fastest light arrows, low poundages of 40 pounds shooting faster than 70 pound bows and allowing older people and physiologically weaker people to shoot light poundage bows faster than the world's fastest compound bows before my invention.  To include new human beings into archery that otherwise can not draw enough pounds of bow weight.   

Let it be known that the PSE Omen in the early 2010-2013 and the APA King Cobras before the limb stop was added to the cam were the world's two fastest rated vertical compound bows at 370 FPS - Feet Per Second IBO (70 pound draw weight, 30 inch draw length and 350 grain arrow).  My invention shoots the same arrow at the same poundage more than double that speed at over 740 FPS - Feet Per Second IBO, because I have invented a new way to achieve more than double the powerstroke of any vertical bow in the prior art.  When I provided my Bishop Archery Steel Footed 35.5 inch Fire Arm Dispatch Eliminator DG arrows and 600 grain broadheads to the conceptual design Avatar Movie department...I looked at the Avatar and I could feel the bow draw cycle witin my inner animal instincts.  I started to pray for the bow where my thumb would not get cut off anymore and I could use bilateral symmetry that I learned about in the lab in biomechanics.  I held onto my recurve bow and prayed like Jim Kempf did with his crossbow and through patience the second bow came as a blessing where the arrow was on the other side of the riser in my dreams and when I woke up.  Just as the bow appeared through patience.  
Jim Kempf's invention of the Scorpyd crossbow and the other prior art led me to feel the power stroke in ways a static drawn crossbow cannot achieve.  However, I will make a claim for vertical crossbows as well in my invention here and in the non provisional to follow.  But the spirit of this invention is in the powerstroke and feeling of it in the draw cycle through the kinesthetic learning of human performance in archery just scratching the surface of what human performance will yield in target archery podiums with my invention.  For instance, short brace height bows feel bad and shoot more finicky.  I cannot stand them even with my short draw length.  Forget about it with a hunting coat on as the string might hit your sleeve of the 5-6 inch brace of the speed bows in the prior art.  My invention does none of that as my bow holds on target in many ways like my Scorpyd Crossbows on a rest and it is not possible to hit your sleeve with the string with my invention.  

You see my invention allows archers to cross the midline for the first time in history with bilateral symmetry and stand tall and lock into a half "T" position by fully locking bone structure for the first time without the string having any chance of hitting bow arm and while using Figure 104 forearm brace which eliminates bow torque unlike my shooting stick invention in the prior art.  My bow changes and improves everything from arrow speed, momentum, animal pass throughs at longer ranges to kinesthetic feeling of the draw cycle that cannot be fully expressed into words.  

But I was tormented developing the bow invention and then the Habakkuk sermon helped me to remember about the crossbow invention of Jim Kempf and how he just said prayers in the forest and held his crossbow and in due time Jim Kempf was blessed by God with his crossbow invention.  Now, I dreamed about it yesterday and it is time for vertical bows to overtake crossbows as archery is one of the original blessings from God for us to experience the arrow flight and to harvest our organic food to eat in mass.

Humans can now shoot bows with more powerstroke and gracefulness than even the Avatar movie characters through reverse draw technology of vertical bows in new ways where my predecessor left off with the Scorpyd crossbows.  I love my Scorpyd crossbows as they are awesome works of art.  I love primitive bows too.  I love my non-stacking Thunderchild bow and my Howard Hill bows too.  I love my APA, PSE, Prime, Hoyt, Bear, Bowtech, Mathews, and Elite bows and all my compound bows and I would not know what to do without them.  But, I prayed to God and dreamed for a Vertical Bow several times with new USPTO Claims for a whole new category of vertical bows.  To step up and make an original contribution to the human race to leverage the vertical bow where it deserves to be at the top of the mountain, until the crossbow comes for it again.  The last time the crossbow was overtaken on the archery timeline was with the English Longbow.  My invention overtakes the crossbow for both long range accuracy and IBO speed.    

What was only in the fictional Avatar movie for powerstroke where I was commissioned to provide the Bishop Archery steel footed fusion rod arrows to the conceptual design department is not just a fictional movie.  It is now realized in ral life through my invention and what was once impossible is now possible with vertical bows as it is power stroke and bracing on bone structure that makes my vertical bow invention like nothing on the planet or in the prior art.   

No crossbow on the planet can have the powerstroke of my invention with one person operating the crossbow and no crossbow can have the kinesthetic euphoria of my invention for the archer throughout the draw cycle and the release phase.  All the target archery records will be broken as my bow invention has none of the downsides of short brace height compound bows with less than desirable shootability of the speed bows in the prior art.  

This vertical bow invention provides a euphoric draw cycle feeling to archers beyond utility patent claims and words due to the power stroke feeling alone.  That is fullfilling enough for me beyond money.  

The way you can stand tall and lock bone structure in a half "T" position and use back tension where the string can never hit your bow arm in a biomechanically repeatable way where your bow arm is perfectly locked on bone to bone structure for even novice archers trumps hours of archery coaching in the shop.  

Therefore, many more claims to follow as here is the vertical bow invention of Dr. Sean Anthony Cianfarano on this filing date as God as my witness and God alone brought the bow to my dreams piece by piece, as I exercised extreme patience and aniticpation in my dreams where the bow was built and now to the USPTO - United States Patent & Trademark Office=>

Before my invention - Powerstroke was limited to an inch or two brace height below 6 inch brace on compounds.  My invention of the reverse draw vertical compound bow allows up to and beyond a negative 30 inch brace height with none of the short brace compound speedbow accuracy problems with my stabilizing brace, adjustable "T" and the way my invention gets the string away from the bowhand.  1 inch of Powerstroke = roughly 10 pounds bow weight...or around 1 inch of draw length...or around 10-15 FPS on compound bows - as the longer the arrow stays on the string the more force that is imparted on the arrow. 

 

Will I give up my primitive bows and my traditional bows? No, I never will.  But, I came here to collect all the bows from primitive, traditional, compound, crossbow and now with my invention filed with the USPTO....I bring a new bow in the Reverse Draw Vertical Compound Bow.  My invention will change archery for thousands of years to come.  Before my invention you could not adjust Powerstroke beyond a couple inches since the very beginning of time. 

 

The Mongolian Bows did it with thumb release and overdrawing the string allowing them to anchor behind their skulls, but that was limited to a handful of extra inches.  I never met a bow that I don't like and these thumb release Mongolian Bows are awesome as well.  My reverse draw vertical compound and reverse stick bow invention with the adjustable "T" changes everything.  Compound bows will never be able to stop reverse draw vertical compound bows from taking over the archery industry.  All bows have a place and time on the Archery Timeline.  Primitive bows and Trad Bows will always be around and are timeless in our dreams as bowhunters.  Compound bows days are numbered on the Podiums and in the Trees by my invention of the Reverse Draw Vertical Compound Bow as filed with the USPTO and partially seen here.  The best is yet to come, as the more types of bows on our planet for people to be able to buy and choose from....the better. 

 

It is almost as if my long Toray USA Prepreg 6.2 GPI 325 Spine through 18.6 GPI 0 Spine steel footed arrows were made with foresight for the Reverse Draw Vertical Compound Bow Invention that I filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  My new bow invention is to take over the archery timeline within the dreamcatcher that was gifted to me.  Never let anybody tell you that you cannot do the impossible or be ye of little faith.  It was just yesterday on the human race's timeline that we did not have airplanes or electricity.  The human race is young and has not scratched the surface of what bows and arrows can do.  Like and subscribe to my friend Jason's Trad Bowhunting Channel below.  Praying for nothing but passthroughs for everyone with crossbows, compound bows, traditional bows and primitive bows.
