Return Terms: Customers may return an order within thirty days after receipt as long as it is unopened, in new sellable condition and the customer has received a return authorization number from Bishop Archery. A 25% restocking fee of the original price will be charged to the customer on all returns. The customer is also required to pay the shipping costs back to Bishop Archery. Bishop Archery reserves the right to inspect products before accepting them for any credit to determine if they are in new sellable condition and if they are genuine Bishop Archery products and NOT counterfeits.
NOTE: Handcrafted arrows once cut and custom arrow building process starts cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.
NOTE: Items labeled as Clearance, Closeout or on Sale are purchased as is and in addition to having no warranty they are not returnable.
Cancelled Order Terms: Customer may cancel an order at anytime before the order is shipped. However, do to new credit card processing fees and terms imposed on Bishop Archery by Braintree and PayPal as our gateway processors we are forced to charge a 5% cancellation fee on all orders.
